Don’t take Trustpilot reviews at face value. Some of the glowing ‘five star’ ratings/reviews are submitted by company employees or their family/friends. Others are a form of online revenge describing events that never happened, which cannot be proven with a reviewer’s word against the employer(s) they had the issue with. If there is a problem, tell the member of staff directly so they have the opportunity to put matters right, or better still respond to the company’s invitation to submit a review. At least it’s more likely to be verifiable than an anonymous individual with multiple accounts trolling Trustpilot.
