Seriously Trustpilot FIX YOUR SEO. I constantly see customers from the United States, United Kingdom and most of Europe leaving reviews for a business under the au.trustpilot.com URL - this tends to come up FIRST in search because of the au. at the start of the URL - NOTE TO CUSTOMERS .au is for AUSTRALIAN Consumers, if you are American, British or European please find your business under your local domain.
This just makes Tustpilot even LESS trustworthy plus all the other stuff people here have commented. Why would I now go onto your site to look at reviews for an Australian business when almost 80% of the reviews are from consumers in other countries?!
Granted yes I know most won't look at the URL and the .au subdomain but it's YOUR JOB Trust Pilot to tell them that they are about to comment on an AU business not UK or US.
Pull your head in or shut the whole site down, joke.
