Atrocious bias and a lack of integrity. Trustpilot charges companies and businesses for its services and consequently isn't impartial from the outset. It allows fee payers to object to honest and deserved negative reviews and removes reviews that don't breach its own guidelines. There is no point from a consumer's perspective in Trustpilot existing.
