Trustpilot removed my 2 star review of TorFX stating that the said company, TorFX, had made a complaint that it was posted on the wrong page. Trustpilot has not contacted me regarding this and it was removed on the 14th January. I would have been open to discuss the ‘appropriate’ page if they had. I have emailed Trustpilot’s customer service over a week ago to question their decision but I have not received a reply. This has certainly caused me to doubt Trustpilot as a reputable review site and I will not be using them again.
