Trust Pilot looks to be corrupt. A bad review is taken down if a trader reports it. If you follow their protocol - they still ignore all evidence that proves the review to be genuine. Makes you wonder who is paying who. A fellow journalist has told me they are being investigated, so it will be interesting to see how long they survive. Do not believe the 5* reviews on this site and remember the 1* reviews have often been removed and so altering any scoring system.
