Trustpilot CANNOT be Trusted! I posted a review for SingleCare - indicated that SingleCare charges high prices for their services compared to others like GoodRX. My review indicated that I have done research every time I need to fill a prescription (I do not have health insurance) and that GoodRX always has the best prices. I was given a SingleCare card and a GoodRX card from my physician. Whenever I need a prescription filled I hand both cards to the pharmacist and ask for the lowest price. GoodRX is always the lowest and in fact a huge difference. After I posted my review on TrustPilot, SingleCare said that I wasn't a customer, they wanted my email address and wanted to verify that I used their service for filling prescriptions or my review would be pulled from TrustPilot. Of course I didn't use SingleCare because as I stated their cost is higher than GoodRX. SingleCare cannot handle the fact that I gave them a negative review. TrustPilot is now removing my review from their website. This is NOT fair.
