Trust Pilot awful platform for reviews, they seem to take the side of the companies, companies who don't like to receive poor reviews, so that they can gain a 5 star rating to scam further consumers. I was dealing with a rogue insurance company I placed a truthful account of this business, they didn't like so went to TP to condemn the post and request it be taken down. TP asked if I could prove I was in contact, I sent letters and emails to which TP said the info I submitted was after the post was written and was therefore inadmissible? TP absolute parasites
