I left an honest review of a parrot supplier uk she reported it 8 times by lying about her reasons why she wanted it taken down then somebody else left a negative review after me and theirs was reported too I noticed then both our reviews disappeared! I did a lot of research and I found a group on Facebook who get paid to give false reviews in exchange for either money or fake reviews for their own companies called Trustpilot review exchange so basically Trustpilot is corrupt and unbelievable
