I would have given zero stars if I could have. Essentially they just flat out stole my money and have no intention of giving it back. I have written them atleast a dozen emails. They rarely respond and even if they do it's some babbling BS that makes no sense. I have asked for a phone call about 10 times, no response. Tried calling them and their number doesnt even work.
