I wrote a critical but accurate review of AirHelp following my experience with them. They flagged the review as fake, and even though I was able to immediately provide Trustpilot with a mountain of evidence that my review was legitimate, they never reinstated my review.
Trustpilot is a scam - do not trust the Trustpilot score.
