worst platform ever. fake reviews from people that never visited our business... how do we know? we are brick and mortor and the user lives in another country. one review was in a different language. fake fake fake.
i pleaded with the company to remove the fake review and since the could not contact the FAKE account they said the review was valid??? Who does that to a legit business. We have a 5 star review rating on google and facebook. yet trustpilot wont remove a fake review. such a bad business model..
