Trustpilot and Clickmechanic convinced me to use a 5-star mechanic to replace my complete clutch assembly, as the bearing had prematurely failed at 32000 miles (outside manufacturer's warranty.)This mechanic was late several times not turning up on other occasions and spent a month trying to get my car correct, he returned it to me with leaking oil from the gearbox which he drove back and forth from my property to his garage saying it would be fine, on at least two occasions, 9 months on and I have now just had to pay nearly £1,000 to rebuild my gearbox after catastrophic bearings failure inside the gearbox.
