Really poor service from TopCashback Really poor service from TopCashback. Having had loads of issues over the past 5 months of 30 untracked ebay purchases and complaints that have got me nowhere, I am now having difficulty signing in. When I do so they then ask me to validate my account with a validation email. Seven times this has been requested and absolutely nothing received. I have been a member for years and have previously been full of praise of their payment schemes having claimed nearly two thousand pounds in cashback and everything had been running smoothly. Since November 2018 Topcashback has gone from bad to worse with more than 20 ebay purchases untracked while confirmed purchases in October have remained unpaid. Now with this latest nonsense I cannot access my account even to close it but they have of course got all my personal details including bank account information. Something is very wrong here, question is have they been HACKED and are keeping quiet about it?
