I wrote a strongly negative review on Trustpilot, about a company I thought responsible for appalling customer service.
It disappeared.
I asked Trustpilot. They responded that the reviewee was "In a relationship with Trustpilot to improve its customer relationships" , so my review was "not relevant".
They have censored or eliminated several of my reviews since; so I've given up bothering with them. They're just a commercial 'ramp' for dodgy suppliers trying to improve their reputation.
DO NOT TRUST TRUSTPILOT !
