I wrote a legitimate review about an insurance company on Trust Pilot and they removed the review at the request of the company who say I was not a genuine customer. I've now had to send them proof that I was a customer. However based on my research of Trust Pilot I'm not holding out that they will reinstate my review.
How can they get away with this?! They were set up for customers to review businesses to build trust for those businesses. This type of behaviour is criminal. And the fact they are called 'Trust' pilot makes it all the more despicable.
