I left a mild negative review on trustPilot and immediately got a very rude phone call from the owner. It was weird and he seemed pretty sure of himself when I asked why he didn't think this was apprpriate. Sure enough Trustpilot contacted me and said my review had been flagged??? The next day it said it was rejected. Sheesh - wonder how much a business has to pay for protection money to not only treat customers badly but then follow up and harass them and Trust Pilot doesn't see a problem????
