As all the others, I can confirm that you just can't post a review with a complaint you have. If you do, they will contact you. I told them I have the proof of the vendor threatening me that it will block deliveries from othere retailers, which it happened. I've sent Trustpilot the proof and it's been months with our hearing any thing and my post was deleted, because "it's under investigation". A complete hoax, absolutely ZERO confidence in them!!
