Trust pilot removed my negative review of an estate agent because I had "no proof" that I had an interaction with that company. I explained my negative interactions were entirely phone based which only the company under review had proof of (if they record their calls). Trust Pilot said that isnt enough and took my review down.
What an utter waste of time.
