Trustpilot appears to me to believe anything registered businesses tell them, so you write a genuine neg review, the business disputes it, Trustpilot removes it. You dispute the removal, Trustpilot ignore you.
If Trustpilot wont allow neg reviews its no good as a review site.
If Trustpilot believes everything a business tells them it will be full of fake positive reviews.
Don't bother looking at Trustpilot for any reviews.
