Horrible experience
As a businessman, I put my company on this company to gain genuine reviews.
I gained 14 genuine reviews and they were all removed, Trustpilot claimed their SMART (apparently) system spotted something wrong. Eventhough the reviews are from genuine customers with genuine profile linked to my company,
Similar bad experiences occurred with my friends,
I now use google for reviews and its much more peace of mind.
Please, business owners, stay away from Trustpilot.
