I had a terrible experience with a company and wrote a review. Trustpilot took it down and asked for evidence that I had a shopping experience with them. I sent several documents. After one week, they wrote back saying I had to give further evidence. They allow companies to kiss their behind in order to remove real, genuine reviews by dissatisfied customers. The company is misusing the flagging system and Trustpilot is backing them up.
