Trust Pilot (TP) are unethical. To explain, I had a series of skin peels at a skin clinic in London, which left me with dark pigmentation marks all over my face. I wrote a review about it, which trust pilot deleted.
After doing some research about this clinic, I discovered that other people were also complaining about the same thing, but these bad reviews were being suppressed on the larger platforms.
Tbh it's only a matter of time before TP goes away, because this practice of supporting bad businesses by deleting the bad reviews isn't going to end well.
