Truworths has the worst service sies. I ordered online and only received one item. I also order from Foschini received everything intact with no delivery charge. Bloody Truworths charges for deliveries but delivers in parts and was told to be my address yesterday but no delivery came through.Another issue my expensive boot came with the tag on it the b point of ordering online is cause can't go to the store now you send my shoe with the tag how am I supposed to wear it that's very irresponsible of a big brand like Truworths. The agent called did nothing she deserves to be fired. I asked for the rest of my order when couldn't give answers. Truworths you don't deserve to be in business this is utter rubbish. Learn a thing a two from Foschini and Woolies. You'll never get my business that's for certain
