Your online is very very slow. You have to wait for 10 minutes for a page to load. It makes it difficult for us who prefer shopping online. All these years it used to run smoothly until you did your so called upgrade which is more like downgrade. Again adding a delivery address is a nightmare. Paying for my account is no longer as easy as it's used to be, where I was able to pay online within a minute. I paid my account via EFT 2 days ago, and my payment still doesn't reflect.
