Dear potential Truworths customers, please read reviews before you purchase from them. I've been a loyal customer for years, and recently purchased a new handbag, within 4 months of occasional use, sadly the (pricey) bag has frayed. This has been used with care, (have other bags that have lasted so much longer with no problems.) because I didnt retain my slip, they are not able to assist me.
(Never thought I would need to keep my slip for products that have such a high price, which should be as high quality?) Very poor quality, you've lost me Truworths.
