Placed an order online and received a message to say it will be delivered Saturday 10/12, waited all day Saturday and no delivery, what a waste of a day!,called yesterday the customer service agent told me she will escalate it to be delivered 12.12 which was yesterday.... Still no delivery today and no communication to customer regarding delivery updates! Pathetic service
