My first and last time ordering at Truworths..I ordered 3pairs of sneakers for kids on the 3rd of December,when I check the status...there's only one pair that's ready for collection...how come they split the order without informing me n what am I going to explain to the kids and what is worse the installment is already up for something that I still have not received
