I purchased items on the 20th of December 2022 and they could not deliver my items in full, on the 4th of January 2023 they delivered part of the items and I'm still waiting for the rest of the items.
I really thought that Truworths online will be the new way to purchase but sorry if you want assistance go to a store.
You suck...........
