I went to Truworth Highveld mall on Sunday the 16th and when purchasing they swiped my card only for them to say they are offline and they said the money that went out on my account will reverse and it didn't and when I go to the bank the bank said Truworths has to refund me and I went there again they told me to send the bank statement and I did and still am not receiving my money and it's being 6 days now. I never experienced such bad service 😕
