Had a bad online shopping experience, I received an sms at 10am 01/06/2023 to collect my order at Truworths Kenilworth spent my money took an Uber got there explained that I lost my ID I paid cash for the purchase showed the the sms couldn’t be help because I don’t have an ID WTF…. It’s not like I used an account to buy this Item I paid cash for it focken give me my purchase oh guess what there was no Item delivered why the hell did I get the sms than ?????? I’m so annoyed I just want my money back never ever buying at Truworths again, ridiculous!!!! I’ve never been so annoyed I paid my money for the order what’s my ID for if I’ve got the sms
