Did online shopping on the 11 of April 2023
today is the 04th of May still waiting for delivery. Tried to phone online for assistance they put me from pillar to post. I spoke to Anastasia who is the manager made empty promises. No updates received & I'm still waiting. I am actually paying for something I haven't received. The service is appalling all I want is to close this stupid account.
