I ordered something for mothers day, even though the order is currently with the courier company in Johannesburg, the person answering the phone for Truworths just says it is impossible to deliver by Tuesday, even though I ordered the item on Saturday already. How can it take more than 3 days to deliver an item to Pretoria, from Johannesburg?? I have just ordered from a different store, delivery at my home tomorrow, no extra costs! the last time Truworths will see me is when I return the item I ordered (whenever they feel like delivering).
