I ordered items for my daughter on the 27th of Jan. I recieved a call informing me that one of the items I purchased was no longer available and recieved a refund ,the other item I ordered ,till this day,mind yoi its May now,I have not yet recieved my refund .I have been going back and forth in store at the mitchelss plain truworths as my collection store was there ..apparently my order was sent back,I didn't even recieve a notification that my order arrived at the store ,it was always me that was calling to find out what happened to my order.. appalling service .
