I made an online order, 7 days go by with no updates. I email the customer service and nobody responds. Today I got an sms saying my order has been canceled. This is the most disappointing online shopping experience and the worst customer service as nobody seems to respond to emails. I have no idea when I will be refunded or why my order was canceled. Worst experience. Don’t purchase online from Truworths!
