I went to the store for a return which was a gift 🎁 and was refused. I phoned the person that gifted and they refused to accept the receipt on whatsapp and the gifted person word. Bad service. I phoned the customer service and they were not helpful. I still got the item and not sure what to do with it 😕. I checked online to buy the item and only to be told it can be bought in store only. Phoned the store and they were not helpful 😒.
