Truworths is the pits. Their customer service is unprofessional and bad. Especially the one in Bedford Centre where the sales consultant was arguing about a price with me in front of clients. Very unprofessional that I was forced to buy something which I never wanted. Their marketing is bad and not clear. Will never go to the bedford store again. Terrible service. They should close down.
