I made a payment to Truworths on the 1st of October using their SMS link that they send every month as a reminder. For some reason they can find the payment and have been calling almost everyday asking me to pay of which i respond that i paid, they ask me to send a POP which i do, still cant find my payment. today 16th October i been called by 4 of their agents with stinking attitudes telling me about my missed payment, I lost it with one of them and they have been calling me every minute as if to torture me. I closed my first account with Truworths because of this treatment and harassment. Do better with your good paying customers. you ought to be ashamed of how you treat your customers.
