Thank you Nontando at Truworths Customer service for your excellent customer service. I wanted to find out if there was any purchases made on my account without my consent. She confirmed and everything for me and I was put at ease that there all purchases were made by myself. I also had a higher than usual credit limit which I didn't understand and she managed to explain that that was what they call cushion limit. Overall she was very professional and she knew her stuff.
