I would like to applaud Tshepo at Truworths Moratiwa Mall. I went to buy my old lady a coat, which she did not know what kind of a coat she wanted, I left her with Tshepo, after I tried to convince her with a few coats but never won. Tshepo then got her a coat that she really loved and she even said, she's gonna wear it at church.
Tshepo you are a star, your patience and service really helped us out because what's more important is that she finally decided to buy a coat with your help. Thank you.
