Another site using a creative return process. This company does not trust their clients, or truly believe in their product. Shady return policies are associated with shady vendors…. I am just saying if you believe in your product, make it easy to return a purchase. The cost of doing business is not to be passed on to consumers . I gave up on returning my purchase, gave it as a gift.
