I contacted the company when I did not get my full order - they were sending out what was missing. I did not receive it after 2 more weeks so I contacted them to cancel my order. I was given the return postage code and mailed back what I received. About 5 days later I received the replacement of what was missing. They credited me what I had returned. I contacted them about the missing credit to be told they only credit what is returned and I explained that they sent the replacement AFTER I cancelled and sent back what I had gotten. I have requested at least 3 times the return link to return the rest and after speaking to customer service (Re) and a supervisor (Abby) on the 12th ensuring I was getting the refund - nothing! I have tried calling and now I have been blocked from the numbers. This company and customer service are beyond ridiculous. I have notified my credit card company and thankfully have the emails as proof as well as my phone records.
