Initial order placed mid December. Today is 2/2 and I still don't have everything. First I got the basic unit, but without the wands/serum advertised. I Emailed customer service. They said they'd take care of it. Instead I received whitening toothpaste. All of this after they were out of stock on the wireless model for over a year. So, while customer service was nice, there's a troubling fulfillment issue.
