I ordered the toothpaste, which is 3 tubes, you have no choice to just buy one, in case there is an issue. I had extreme sensitivity to my teeth and had to go back to using my regular toothpaste. I have written to snow 3 times and have heard nothing back yet, about a refund or anything.
