Sooo, I do love my whitening device and the floss and the toothpaste. However, I am quite surprised and disappointed with how disorganized Snow's warehouse is. I signed up to receive the gel and several emails were sent to notify me that it was "on its way" and it never arrived. I canceled my subscription for the toothpaste and floss because without the gel, what's the point. Perhaps there is an issue with the supply chain but at this point, we can't blame everything on that. I might recommend SNOW to my friends but will tell them not to sign up for any ongoing shipments.
