It seems to be okay so far. For the first several uses I thought I was getn the whitening on my teeth only to realize that I wasn't. There should be instructions on how to use the actual whitening tubes. I had to YouTube it and it said to twist the opposite side of cap for the whitening to come down. Hopefully I see a serious change Now that I'm actually applying the whitening to my teeth.
