The customer service is excellent. My mouthpiece kept turning off unexpectedly and after making my initial review, customer ordered a replacement without my even asking for one. This was totally unexpected and a great experience.
The only problem now is I used quite a bit of the maximum strength serum that is probably in the start kit not realizing that the LED lights on right side of mouth were not working at all. As a result I have to start again from scratch. I wondered why I was not seeing a positive result.
