Not thrilled. Customer service doesn't respond. I can't get my product registered. When the automated shipment is coming up on the shipment date there are no reminders of the charge. A product is only as good as the support so this product is failing and now I have the toothbrush and the whitening mouthpiece with a (built-in) iPhone adapter which doesn't work. P.S. The whitening gel in the slim twist tube dried out after only three applications.
