It seems like my pens don't work! I have lightening pens before and I turned the bottom and the stuff came up and that is not the case with Snow. I kept turning on the gold one hoping I would see something and didn't. Tried the same on a white one and still nothing. So I must be doing it wrong or they are out of stuff. Tried to find a phone number anywhere and couldn't find one so I am glad you wrote to me and so I could tell you my dilemma
