The whole thing about your brand is so annoying.
I ordered and paid for your product over a month ago but my order was cancelled for reasons best known to you.
Since then I have been writing to you guys asking you how and when my money will be refunded to me.
I reached out to you last Monday via Facebook and you replied to me telling me that you have seen what went wrong and that I should be expecting my money this week.
Today is Friday, yet I haven't received it.
If you were in my shoes, would you recommend such brand to someone?
