I think your company and products are fantastic! I saw changes the first week and have never had any sensitivity to any Snow products. I did not realize there was a warranty on the mouth piece. Both of mine wore out and a quick FB message to Snow and two replacements were sent within days. You have me as a loyal customer forever because of the people you hire and the quality products made by Snow.
